Standard Commercial Warranty - Terms & Conditions
(For Industrial Machines / CNC Machines / Automation Equipment)

  • Warranty Coverage :
    United Arab Emirates commercial warranty is provided for the supplied machine/equipment against defects in material, workmanship, and manufacturing under normal industrial operating conditions.
    Warranty Period :
    12 Months from Commissioning or 15 Months from Delivery, whichever occurs first. Warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
  • Scope of Warranty :
    During the warranty period, the Supplier shall: Repair or replace defective parts/components free of charge.
    Provide technical support via telephone, email, or remote assistance.
    Provide onsite service support when required and mutually agreed.
    Warranty is limited strictly to manufacturing defects confirmed by the Supplier.
  • Exclusions from Warranty
    The warranty shall not apply to:
    Normal wear and tear items.
    Consumables including lubricants, coolant, filters, belts, fuses, batteries, lamps, seals, bearings, and tools.
    Damage caused by improper handling, misuse, negligence, accidents, or unauthorized modifications.
    Electrical supply fluctuations, improper grounding, unstable voltage, or environmental conditions.
    Damage caused by fire, flood, lightning, natural disasters, or force majeure events.
    Operator error, machine crashes, programming errors, or improper operation.
    Failure resulting from lack of preventive maintenance.
    Third-party accessories, software, or components not supplied by the Supplier.
  • Customer Obligations The Customer shall :
    Operate the machine according to the manufacturer’s instructions.
    Ensure proper electrical power supply, earthing, compressed air, and environmental conditions.
    Carry out regular preventive maintenance and lubrication. Allow access only to authorized personnel for servicing and maintenance.
    Notify the Supplier immediately upon identifying any malfunction.

  • Service & Support
    Remote technical support shall be provided during normal business hours.
    Onsite support response time depends on location, visa/travel approvals, and spare parts availability.
    Breakdown visits outside warranty scope shall be chargeable.
  • Warranty Void Conditions
    This warranty shall become null and void if :
    Machine serial number is removed, altered, or tampered with.
    Unauthorized repair or modification is carried out.
    Machine is relocated without written approval from the Supplier.
    Recommended operating and maintenance procedures are not followed.
  • Limitation of Liability The Supplier shall not be liable for:
    Production loss Downtime loss Loss of profit Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages Supplier’s total liability under this warranty shall not exceed the original invoice value of the equipment supplied.
  • Governing Law
    This warranty shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
    Any disputes arising shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Dubai unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • Acceptance
    Installation, commissioning, or operation of the equipment shall constitute acceptance of these Warranty Terms & Conditions by the Customer.
