Senior CNC Service Engineer

Responsible for installation, mechanical & electrical troubleshooting, laser calibration, and emergency service for CNC turning centers and vertical machining centers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • On-site commissioning of VMC, CNC Lathes, and Horizontal Boring units.
  • Renishaw laser calibration and geometric accuracy alignment.
  • Spindle rebuilds, servo drive diagnostics, and PLC troubleshooting.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years hands-on service experience with machine tools.
  • Proficiency in Fanuc / Siemens / Mitsubishi controls.
  • Diploma / B.E in Electrical, Mechanical or Mechatronics.

Welding Automation Application Specialist

Focuses on technical application setup, torch positioning, AVC tracking setup, and customer training for automated surfacing and pipeline cladding workstations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Parameter optimization for TIG, MIG/MAG, and Variable Polarity Plasma.
  • Automatic Arc Voltage (AVC) tracking calibration on pipe cladding.
  • Customer operator training and weld quality validation.

Requirements:

  • B.E / Diploma in Metallurgy or Mechanical Engineering.
  • Strong knowledge of cladding, surfacing, and automated manipulators.
  • Willingness to travel for field installations in India and UAE.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare machine selection technical proposals and commercial offers.
  • Represent Optimus Machinery at trade fairs and industrial expos.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years B2B sales experience in capital machinery or machine tools.
  • Excellent negotiation and technical communication skills.
  • Engineering degree or equivalent industrial diploma preferred.
